My Valentine

Hey guys, hopefully you remembered that it's Valentine's Day. Why not plan a fun night in with the one that you love? (Single guys just go eat a pizza.) We are doing just that for our Valentine's Day. No, not eating a pizza, but having a fun, snow day off work, Valentine's Day in. I bought Renee the old version of Pride and Prejudice, which we'll watch a lil later. (Actually most of the afternoon, because it's 5 hours long.) It's a good movie actually which takes place in old England I believe, and has enough characters that you can just laugh at along the way. It's a touching love story of multiple love triangles, with tons of twists and turns. (For those guys who just can't do the 5 hour event, there's a newer version which is only two hours, which is good but lacks a lot of the character development and mockery)

We took a romantic walk around the neighborhood and I'm going to prepare a dinner for her of heart shaped potatoes and heart shaped steak.

So that's what we'll be doing this Valentine's Day. Hopefully you and your special somebody will be able to have a special, memorable day together. Isn't it great to be able to celebrate the love that God has given you? I know I'm very blessed to be married to such a wonderful wife. We've been married for 2 1/2 years and it just keeps getting better!
