My Big Little Brother

Growing up there's always a ton of memories. Here are a few memories that I had growing up the involve my brother Bryan and I. Since I'm only two years older than my little brother, he's been in all of my memories for as long as I can remember. When we were really young we did everything together. I remember this one time that Bryan and I found a baby bunny in the back yard and Mom caught it for us to see. My love of wildlife was always there. We'd play quite often in our backyard of our apartment in Middletown, Pennsylvania.

I'm not quite sure what's going on in this picture. Apparently Bryan and I got a brand new sand box, which for some reason was in our living room. Notice also that there is no sand in the sandbox making it just a plastic box with two small boys in it. Old pictures are always funny to analyze. For instance in this picture I marvel at the old school VCR and wonder why there appear to be tires in our living room? Maybe we carpeted the outdoors? I also appear to have been into the Dukes of Hazard by the looks of my shirt and Bryan had been eating Spaghetti O's of some variety.

I remember our "pre bike days" and all the scarring a wrecks that would come with them, when Bryan and I would scoot our horse and tractor around outside. Those were the best of times and great fun. The one bad part of being us growing up is that Mom would always buy us the same outfits just in different colors. Her favorite saying was, "Green for Gene and blue for Bryan." I find this highly ironic since Renee's favorite color in the world is.......green! So i guess even God agrees that "green is for Gene."

Happy scootin'!
