I figured it's about time that I take a break from baby blogging to leave a yummy recipe, right?! Here's a new meal that I tried out yesterday. Even the hubby seemed to like it...
1 cup of chopped mangoes
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Cook chicken in pan. Remove chicken and add the above ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes. Pour fruit sauce over chicken and serve! (Next time I think I'll serve it over rice. That would have been even better!)
Easy and cheap. My kind of meal...
