Here are just a few recent things that I love about my little 1 year old boy...
~the way he snorts like a pig when he hears the "This little piggy..." song that his stuffed pig plays
~the way he growls like a monster when we say, "Where's your Godzilla?" (it's a toy figurine of Godzilla that Gene got for him)
~the way he immediately waves bye-bye to Gene and lays his head on my shoulder when I say, "Tell Daddy goodnight because it's time for bed."
~the way he curls up in ball in his bed and cuddles with his stuffed elephant when I lay him down (SOOOOO precious!!)
~the way he carries around his "fridge DJ" radio and loves to play the alphabet song (thanks, Kel!)
~the way he reaches and grunts for more snacks and I say, "Do you want more?" and he shakes his head "yes" and I say, "Ok, show me with your hands" and he immediately signs "more" (we've been working on sign language for awhile and he's finally consistently signing "more"....hopefully we can start working on other signs now)
~the way he's becoming more obedient...when he goes to reach for something that he's not supposed to touch I say, "No touch, Callan" and he immediately looks at me and backs away and starts clapping, like he's praising himself for obeying. haha....so cute!
