This bulletin board is one that I've used every year since I've started teaching five years ago. This phrase is one that my dad always said to me while growing up, and it's one that I teach my students each year. I tell them that they will be the type of student that they believe they can be. Then they decorate a bee with one 3rd grade goal that they hope to achieve this year. The blank spaces on the board is where I'll display their pictures tomorrow. 
This is a new bulletin board for me this year, but it's been a favorite among co-workers with its bright attractive colors! Each student has a blank piece of construction paper with a pencil cut-out with their name on it. Throughout the year, as they write various pieces of writing, they'll put their piece on this wall to publish it!
This is my organized and labeled classroom library. Each bin has a separate genre of literature for the students to sign-out.
My teacher corner with my desk, computer, rocking chair and mailbox. You can't see it in the picture, but their IS a picture of my loving husband on my desk and on the top of my shelf, too.
This is my "Math Club" wall (where the kids earn awards in math for learning their math facts and get to sign the blue charts) and "Reading Book Holder" (a.k.a. shoe rack). The blank space along the top is where I'll display the awards that they earn throughout the year in Music and P.E.
Well, there you have it! I don't have "Pinky and The Brain" displayed in my classroom to tell you who to vote for, but if you have half a brain...I'm sure you'll make the right choice. VOTE BY LEAVING A COMMENT ON THIS BLOG POST OR GENE'S.

Umm, although penguins are compelling, I think you have an abundance of details in your classroom that combine decoration with practical need. Two thumbs up, er, I mean, you get my vote!
Ok, so I do enjoy the penguins, but my vote must go to Renee. The Bees are my favorite! Nicely done, RRHDD!
Renee you get my vote too! Your classroom has a homey feel and in honor of the numerable times I got "home sick" as a grade-schooler, it looks like your class room would have enough "good" discrations to keep me busy and occupied.

Renee... you get my vote, too! A lover of all things organizational, your classroom is like a dream world! Exactly what I would have wanted if I had fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a teacher. :o) i especially like the colorful writing wall!
