A Yummy Recipe

This morning the girls in my Married Care Group and I were talking about food and recipes, and it got me thinking about one of my recent favorites. This recipe is sooooo easy and quick to make. (When I say easy and quick, I really mean easy and quick. It's not one of those recipes that says it's easy...and then 60 minutes later you're still trying to mix all 25 ingredients together.) So, thanks to Gene's Aunt Mary Lou, I now have a new favorite recipe that will be in my rotation of "frequently cooked meals." So, pick up the FIVE ingredients this week (some of them I know you already have in your refrigerator) and serve up a QUICK and EASY meal for your hungry tummy:

SWEET and SOUR PORKCHOPS

Blend 3 tablespoons of mayo and 2 tablespoons of mustard together. Spread on each side of 4 pork chops. Arrange chops in 9x9 inch baking pan. Pour milk around the pork chops until it covers the top of them. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
