Tonight we did a double date night with Hector and Kat. We started off with a great spaghetti dinner, prepared by my lovely wife, and then had brownies with Ben and Jerry's Double Fudge Brownie ice cream. That is a great way to start any date night.
Then while Renee and Kat cleaned up the dishes Hector and I went and bought some pumpkins. Large ones were $3 and larger ones were $6, so it was a fun, yet cheap date night.
Hector and Kat each did their own pumpkin, and did a great job. They did the more intricate ones, which turned out really well. (Be sure to check out their results below.)
Renee and I decided to go a more non traditional route, since just a month or so ago we did the watermelon people. We used three pumpkins to create a "snowman style" pumpkin creation. We didn't know which garb best suit our pumpkin, so we tried multiple outfits. We all had a good time getting pumpkin slime up to our elbows while catching up with one another.

We love the pumpkin snowman! Wait until you guys see the squash your godson decorated yesterday to go with the pumpkins Steve and I carved! It's truly an inspired piece of art. :)
