Week 1 we talked about volcanoes.
Week 2 we introduced sharks in honor of Shark Week on the Discovery Channel.
This week we focused on Moose. Gene made a moose with Callan's handprint. We had "moose races" where Callan stood at one end of the living room with me at the other (with my hands on my head acting as antlers) and he would run to the "moose" and kiss the antlers. It got a lot of energy out of him before naptime! We also read books on moose from the library and watched some real live moose on YouTube. I also found an old 1950s Disney cartoon of a moose that Callan loved to watch.
