When I've been talking to Kinsley about her sin lately, I've been trying to be purposeful about telling her about the gospel. Lately I've been telling her that I love her SO much, but God loves her even more than I do because He sent His Son to die on the cross for her sins.
Today during one of our talks this is what happened...
Me: Kinsley, I love you so much that I don't want to see you continue to act foolish. But even though I love you SOOOO much, do you know who loves you even more than I do?
K: Yes. Grandpa.
Me: That's true. Grandpa loves you a lot, but who loves you even more?
K: Nana.

On a different side note, today Kinsley asked me to paint her toenails for her. I was thinking of painting mine at the same time since my polish was starting to come off in some places. Kinsley looked down at my toes and said, "Mommy, you going to paint your toes, too? They look like they're going to die."
Well, that's one way of putting it I guess! I didn't realize chipped polish represented death.
