a few notes about each Huston kiddo

Callan: one month shy of age 4
--He loves being a big brother.
--He's becoming more obedient and independent every day.  I couldn't find him the other day after lunch, and here he went upstairs and started Room Time all by himself.  He said, "Mommy, I'm up here doing my Room Time."  He knew that's what he was supposed to be doing after lunch, and he just went and did it himself.

Kinsley: age 2
--She loves smoothies.  The girl would drink one for every meal if I'd let her.  She someone talked her brother into giving her his smoothie today.
--She's becoming a hoarder.  When we go to get her after naps or in the morning, she usually has an average of 20-40 things in her bed with her.  We only allow her to have 3 things when she goes to bed.  After the lights are out, we can hear her tiptoeing around her room gathering up things to sleep with.  It usually consists of stuffed animals, a pile of books, all of the play food from her kitchen, all the items in her doll house and 2-4 blankets.

Fintan: age 6 months
--He loves to roll around on the floor while sucking on his foam letters.
--He loves to smile.
--He's a jumper.  He loves to bounce and try to jump out of your arms.
--He giggles the hardest when he's playing with Callan.

Basically I make this recipe (http://tacklingtodaystasks.blogspot.com/2011/09/baked-oatmeal-recipe.html) but add in banana chunks, some chocolate chips and sometimes coconut flakes.
