The budding photographer...or not

One of my life goals is to learn how to take artistic photographs. But, our little Sony camera with hardly any zoom just won't cut it (plus I have never taken any photography class before). Anyway, I gave some "artistic shots" a chance this holiday season....which had Gene laughing while he kept asking, "Tell me again why you are playing with the lights while you keep taking that same shot over and over again?"
