Callan loves helping me in the kitchen. One night Gene was out and Kinsley was in bed, so I asked Callan if he wanted to help me make cookies. He grabbed the kitchen chair and pulled it right over to the counter. He gets so excited about cooking/baking. Unfortunately, the cookies didn't turn out very well (I'm still getting used to my new oven), but we had fun eating some batter. Here are some pics of our mother-son evening.
