Brent taught with Gene at Weller Road a few years ago. They are both teaching at other schools now, but are still great friends. I've since gotten to know Jen, his wife, and have fallen in love with her, too! We love hanging out with them and their little daughter. Brent grew up in the next town over from me, so our schools were rivals. Of course we didn't know each other back then, but it's fun to talk to someone now who knows what mean when you say the words "Dr. Tom's Leather." :)
